Perfect barn with superb sea and rural views

Cornwall has many lovely character properties and many with wonderful views, but very few with both! This is a spendid ‘upside down’ ancient barn, with a spacious, light and airy double height living room, with well-equipped kitchen area on the first floor, taking advantage of the amazing views. Two cosy bedrooms, modern shower room and all-important boot/ utility room are on the ground floor. The decor is stylish and simple, with excellent quality fittings and linens. Dragonfly Cabin is positioned next to our home overlooking the peaceful wooded valley just a short walk from the river and St Nectan's Glen waterfall We are just 2 miles from King Arthur's Tintagel and the harbour village of Boscastle. Rocky Valley towards the sea and Bossiney Cove (ideal beach for swimming) are just 30 minutes walk away and you can't leave without having a drink at The Port William, Trebarwith Strand with it's sea views Also nearby is Port Isaac, Rock, Bude and Bodmin moor.

Carpenter's Cottage, Bossiney

Carpenters Cottage is a peaceful, and comfortable hideaway between Tintagel and Boscastle. The cottage is fully equipped for self catering and is perfect for anyone who loves to be near the sea and is particularly good for walkers. There is off road parking for one car and lovely walks straight from the cottage to the South West Coast Path. There are plenty of places to eat locally. The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Old Oil House is located right in the heart of Boscastle, with its picturesque harbour, village shops, pubs and tea rooms steps away from your front door. The spacious apartment occupies the ground floor of this 150 year old building and retains the original beams while having a modern feel. There is also an allocated parking space - gold dust in the summer months! Dog friendly too!

'Captain's Cabin' is a great base for exploring the incredible North Cornish coastline or relaxing on the decking with a good book and our homemade cream tea! You can walk across the meadows to Tintagel Castle, village pubs & cafes galore! Explore the lane up to National Trust land and the dramatic coastpath where you can head southwest for 3/4 of a mile to Trebarwith Strand or head in the other direction to Bossiney Beach, Rocky Valley & famous Boscastle Harbour.

The loft

Wake up to wide sea views across the coastline towards castle island. The Loft is a peaceful, retreat for two with its own private path leading directly down to the South West Coast Path and the beach below. Tucked away above the cliffs yet only a short walk from the village, it’s the perfect place for coastal walks, sunsets over the Atlantic and quiet mornings watching the sea. Many guests tell us the view alone makes them never want to leave.

The Modern Cornish Holiday

An attractive 4 bed apartment located in a rural area, 2 miles from Trebarwith beach and 5 minutes drive from Tintagel village, where you will find shops, pubs and cafes. The coastal villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Polzeath are all a short drive away so you'll have every reason to visit these places of outstanding beauty. The property can sleep 4 people plus one baby, as a cot is also provided. Well trained pets are also welcome.
