This charming stone cottage forms part of a barn conversion, and less than 5 minutes walk from Fewston and Swinsty reservoirs in the Washburn valley. Stands besides our own property, so we are nearby to offer help and information. Ideal for walkers, Cyclists,couples and small families. Kitchen diner opening onto new private patio and garden with table and chairs. Lounge with sofa bed. Twin bedroom and large walk in shower with wc. Private parking 2 cars. Wifi,Pubs 1 mile away. Sorry no pets.

Country cottage in the Yorkshire Dales

Fernbeck Cottage is set in beautiful Nidderdale within the Yorkshire Dales. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Bolthole House, Otley

Renovated thoughout this little gem is stylish and comfortable. A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk to the Roebuck pub in 15 mins or Otley in 20. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you. Flexible check in and out times if needed.

Large Barn

Situated on the A59 between Harrogate and Skipton , this property has ample free parking. It is close to great walks with the reservoirs of Fewston, Swinsty and Thruscoss on our door step all within a few minutes drive . Further afield is the amazing Cow and Calf rocks at Ilkley and the beautiful Brimham Rocks just of the road to Pately Bridge.. The towns of Otley, Pately Bridge, Ilkley, Skipton and Harrogate are all close by and offer great independent shops, cafes and eateries .

The annex is set within a country house in its own grounds. It is located close to the airport and the market town of Otley, gateway to The Yorkshire Dales, very suitable for keen walkers and cyclists. Guests have their own wheelchair accessible entrance to porch, hall, double bedroom with Wifi TV & DVD, kitchenette and shower room. Please note the kitchenette does not have a sink. The suite is an easy 5-10 minutes flat walk into the town centre, and just a five minutes uphill walk to Ilkley Moor.

Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
