The house has been decorated and equipped to a high standard and is an ideal property to explore the Swiss Riviera.

Maison de 200m2 surplombant le port d'Evian et le Lac Léman. Elle bénéficie d'une vue panoramique sur le lac et sur une partie des massifs montagneux des Alpes. Le Belvédère d’Evian est exposé de telle manière à pouvoir bénéficier des rayons du Soleil toute la journée. En période de beau temps, le levé et couché du soleil peuvent être contemplés depuis le balcon. Sa situation géographique à proximité du centre-ville et des bords du Lac en font le lieux idéal pour se ressourcer, au calme.

Beautiful studio in a villa from 18th century

This lovely studio has a double bed in the bedroom, a desk to work at, a TV with free netflix, a living room, and a spacious bathroom. Located close to the center of Thun. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station along the beautiful Aare River. Alternatively, the bus ride takes 5 minutes as the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the house. Wonderful alpine views can be seen from the lake within a couple of walking minutes from the studio.

NO PARTIES - NO SMOKING Little Villa is my personal holiday home and I would like to share it with you. Situated 15 minutes from Interlaken and Spiez, the little village of Krattigen is situated like an Eagle Nest, overviewing the entire lake of Thun. It's no coincidence Krattigen has three different camping spots for caravans. The view is nice. And within Krattigen, Little Villa a prime location.
