Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα! Οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Όλα ήταν Σούπερ!

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Our second time to Thessaloniki and our second time being hosted by Thanos! Close to all ammenities and sights. Strongly recommended!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα! Ο οικοδεσπότης έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες, ήταν φιλικός και μας παρείχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν (βρεφικό κρεβάτι). Ο χώρος καθαρός, περιποιημένος και ζεστός. Η περιοχή εξαιρετικά όμορφη και προσβάσιμη σε εστιατόρια και καφετέριες, με μια μικρή δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ (στενοί δρόμοι και πολλά παρκαρισμένα αυτοκίνητα από μόνιμους κατοίκους της περιοχής). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Roula and Elias were the best!!! They were so accessible, gentil, polite and friendly. Their daughter Maria was so sweet and kind to us. The neighborhood was silent and had a lot of nature, a huge garden with grass for the kids do play. The house was so comfortable and clean, the shower was great, everything was perfect. Beside that, Roula and Elias gave was the best local suggestions and the house was 1 block away from the beautiful beach with delicious restaurants. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much Roula, Maria and Elias!

Stathis’s place is great! I stayed there for two nights with my parent, and the apartment was perfect for three people. It has everything you need — from a fully equipped kitchen to a hair dryer and an iron. It’s clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location is about 20 minutes from the heart of the city, Aristotle Square, and there are plenty of free parking spots around the apartment. I definitely recommend it!

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

I spent 10 days there with my family and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is just amazing. The apartment is nice and big with wonderful terrace. The swimming pool is great and the sunset view is beautiful. It is in a calm area so you can nicely relax there. The place is few minutes by car from the beach. The host was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Ενα σπίτι πλήρες εξοπλισμένο, άνετο για 6 άτομα και τον σκυλάκο μας,Σε μια πολύ όμορφη περιοχή εύκολα προσβάσιμη. ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία τον κύριο Κώστα!!!!

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Een vriendelijke host. Hij gaf leuke tips om te doen en waar we goed konden eten. Het huis was ruim en heeft fijne bedden.

Από τα πιο ωραία καταλύματα που έχω μείνει στην Θεσσαλονίκη. Υπέροχη θέα , όμορφος χώρος και άνετος με οτιδήποτε χρειάζεσαι να το έχει . Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ καλή , επικοινωνιακή και ευχάριστη με έκανε να νιώσω πραγματικά σαν το σπίτι μου . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, που βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο της πόλης. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εξαιρετική και άμεση. Οι πληροφορίες ήταν ακριβείς και έγκυρες. Για ολιγοήμερη διαμονή συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Erste Kontakte eine Woche vor Ankunft. Sehr nett. Herzliche Begrüßung mit Schlüsselübergabe und schon einige Tipps und Erklärungen. Ein grandioser Blick bis zum Hafen und Oberstadt. Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, direkt zum zu Hause fühlen. Ruhig aber dennoch kurze Wege ins Zentrum, Hafen, Cafés... Zwischendurch noch Besichtungstipps erhalten und zu guter Letzt eine einfache Übergabe zur Abreise. Schade eigentlich... Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, dem ist nichts gut genug. 🙃

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

Excellent stay, we had a wonderful time with our 18 month old infant son, great value for money, excellent location, hosts were friendly and always available for assistance. highly recommended for any couple with a baby in Thessaloniki!
