Located 4.7 miles from downtown New Braunfels (10 min. traffic permitting), 6 miles to Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, and floating area of the Comal River downtown. 8 miles to Gruene. For those coming in for work, the property is 2 miles to the New Braunfels airport, 5.2 miles from the hospital, and within 10 miles to most of the New Braunfels Schools.

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

Gruene River Glamping

This 40 ft RV is nestled in a natural surrounding at the top of a hill near the Guadalupe River which makes for the perfect glamping getaway. It has that adventurous outdoor feeling of getting away from it all but with all the comforts of home.
