This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Nur 1,5 Autostunden von Berlin findet man in der Uckermark Weite, Wasser und wunderschöne Natur. Dieser von Wald-, Seen- und Feldlandschaft umgebene Dreiseitenhof nahe der märkischen Eiszeitstraße wurde kürzlich aufwendig saniert. Der Hof verfügt über eine Alleinlage und ist über eine Allee zugänglich. Auf dem Gelände sind die Feldsteinmauern eines alten Stalls als malerische Ruine erhalten worden. 2 Badeseen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wer Natur und Ruhe schätzt, wird es hier lieben!

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Das Dorf liegt in einer hügeligen Landschaft Hier leben Kraniche aber auch Seeadler und Fischadler. Man trifft Fischotter und Biber genauso an, wie Eisvögel. Im Herbst ist der Kranichzug ein besonders beeindruckendes Erlebnis. Gleich 3 Seen sind fussläufig bzw. mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von NATUR SEE WALD FELDERN WIESEN TEICHEN STERNEN. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern , ausgestattet mit je einem Doppelbett im Haus auf großem 3-Seiten-Hof mit Garten direkt am See im Biosphärenreservat Schorfheide-Chorin, 70 km nördlich von Berlin. Alle Landliebhaber sind herzlichst willkommen.
