The WIESENHOF in Patsch near Innsbruck offers three high-quality APARTMENTS for your well-being vacation in the mountains. The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Schifahren, in die nächste Stadt nach Schwaz 9km, oder nach Innsbruck ca. 20km, ins Zillertal ca. 30km, zu den Swarovski Kristallwelten nach Wattens 7,5km, fahren oder nur Entspannen wollen, unser Haus liegt im Zentrum vom Weerberg, somit kommen alle auf ihre Kosten. Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Our farm is located on a lovely sunny plateau just above the holiday village Taisten, amidst untouched nature and with stunning panoramic views of the majestic Dolomites. Escape from the hustle and let the rest seem to be far from stress and everyday life. We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones. Romantische Gartenwohnung am Wildbach Halblech

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Das im Jahr 2022 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus Sunshine lädt im Apartment Spirit of Deer zur Entspannung und Erholung auf höchstem Niveau ein. Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Ausstattungsstandard, viel Platz und eine angenehme harmonische Atmosphäre in einer bevorzugten Lage aus. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Zum traumhaften Ausblick

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.

Hoferhof - Bauernhofurlaub

Schnelles Wlan (Glasfaser) und Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Beim Hoferhof Gsies beginnt die Erholung schon bei der Anfahrt durch das Gsieser Tal. Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.
