Bradens Beach Haven

Home in the country this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house will accommodate 6 guests with ease. With its warm decor and modern amenities located on 10 acres with access to our private pond enjoy nature and local wildlife, the pavillion, and fire pits. The pond and pavillion are shared spaces so you might see me and my family and friends from time to time and sometimes we host parties. You can also enjoy your private patio with comfortable seating and a grill and your own private fire pit at the house.

Relax in our cozy flat while experiencing comfort, security and well-being. Enjoy the quiet and beauty of nature and occasionally observe deer in the morning and evening. Make yourself a cup of coffee, curl up with a good book, watch movies, play games, or start a fire in the firepit. Explore local restaurants in Temperance, Lambertville, and Erie. We're only 13 miles from shopping and dining in Toledo or Cabela's in Dundee. You will find contentment here. This is your home away from home.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

House On Grass Runway with Fly-In/Fly-Out Access

Located a few miles from downtown Tecumseh, MI, the house is located on 10 acres of land, including a wooded area with walking trails. It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

Take your next weekend or week-long getaway in this adorable cottage right next to Evan's Lake. Enjoy serene water views from the bedroom and living area and savor some morning coffee or tea on the side patio. Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.

Enjoy a whole house on a quiet street with your pets or children, within walking distance to downtown Saline and a short drive to Ann Arbor and all its attractions. *** I do have an online business that I do the shipping out of the basement at the house. There is a separate entrance and I will text when I am going to be down in the basement. It would only be during the week (between 11-4), not every day and usually less than a half hour. ***
