Roebuck Barn is a delightful self contained annex to the main barn, enjoying a wood fired hot tub (from March 2023) beautifully maintained gardens, scenic views of moorland, green fields and farm surroundings, just 4 miles from Wellington, Somerset. The Barn is a recent conversion which has been finished exceptionally and includes exposed oak beans, flagstone floors, modern appliances and a wood burner. This is perfect accommodation for those that enjoy the countryside and rural surroundings.

St Mary's Cottage is a cosy stone cottage, nestled at the foot of the Blackdown Hills in Somerset. This delightful cottage has a garden bordering a farm and fields and a patio equipped with garden furniture. It is surrounded by acres of Somerset countryside, with woods, streams and hills. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fan oven, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The sitting room has an open fire and 43in smart television. There are 3 very comfortable bedrooms.

Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
