This idyllic cabin, conveniently located on over 4 wooded acres, is well-appointed despite its cozy 400 sq ft interior size. Featuring a full kitchen, bath, laundry, and bedroom complete with a queen SleepNumber, the cabin is extremely comfortable. Outdoors, enjoy the covered porch, open deck, firepit, grill, and mountain setting. Great location within 40 minutes of many major WNC attractions including Asheville, GSMNP, etc. The property boasts paved access and high-speed fiber optic internet.

This is our 2nd Airbnb at our same mountain top location overlooking Western Carolina University and Cullowhee NC. Listed as being in the top 1% of All Airbnb based on customer satisfaction. The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

This modern studio cottage is situated on a private drive in a residential area. The kitchenette, with granite countertops and an eat-in bar, has all of the amenities you might need. If there is work to do, you can utilize the dedicated high-speed internet and work from the bar-top or on the front deck.

Sylva is amazingly located in the mountains only 25 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park, 10 miles to Cherokee NC, 40 miles to Asheville NC, gorgeous drives in every direction. This loft apartment is unique to our area. It is located on the ground floor right on Main Street with a wall of windows overlooking Mill Street. The high ceilings and exposed brick give the space an urban feel. Wifi is available. There is a smart TV set up with Netflix. A DVD player and DVDs are also available.
