The villa can accommodate up to 4 persons. It is fully equipped with a private kitcenette, 1 main bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed. Each villa has a balcony with sea view and access to the common-use swimming pool. Blue Avenue is situated in Paliouri, Halkidiki, in one of the most quiet parts of the area with the main street though, just a few minutes away. Its minimalistic design along with the beautiful sea view stimulate a feeling of serenity and ultimate relaxation.

Απέχει 150 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και από την δημοφιλή παραλία Φάβα της Βουρβουρούς. Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
