The Studio; self contained guest house, Lymington

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

The Barn has one large double bedroom for 2 adults, plus a fun sleeping loft for 2 kids. Downstairs, you have a small kitchenette/dining area and a large shower room. A private courtyard and garden too. Set on the edge of the New Forest surrounded by trees, birds, and sometimes deer, it's perfect for walkers, families, or couples, and a great base to explore the forest by bike. Located 10 minutes from Brockenhurst and even closer to the market town of Lymington. Or 15 minutes to the beach

Large Shepherds Hut in New Forest with Hot Tub

Our Shepherds Hut is situated on our 25 acre farm. It’s located in a secluded spot at the bottom of our garden near to the apple and oak trees. There is plenty of wildlife to see. Watch the sun and moon rise from the windows of our hut. Enjoy the raised decking, with the amazing wood fired large hot tub with hydromassager and led lights. Comfy rattan furniture for lazy days in the sun, and fire pit for toasting Marsh mellows, and enjoying the lovely surroundings and country side views

A beautiful and tastefully equipped Shepherds Hut in a stunning position with lovely views over the farm, located within the unique New Forest National Park where ponies roam free. Enjoy fabulous sunsets and breakfasts from the deck with a fire pit. Tranquil and rural but having the convenience of the village with great pubs, cafe, local shops and the train station, providing good connections with London and local villages, all this only a few minutes walk from the farm.

Peaceful house in the heart of the New Forest

This self-contained house is set in the boundaries of the New Forest National Park. New Forest ponies, cattle and deer roam freely by the property. Windows look out onto the forest at the front and the beautiful garden at the rear. The property is not overlooked. The property has recently been decorated and furnished, and comes fully equipped. Guests enjoy their own private patio and garden, accessed through double doors from the living room or a private gate.

Hackney Park Coach House

Hackney Park is situated in a commanding setting adjoining the New Forest. Comfortable, small and cosy accommodation, well equipped. Ideal location for touring and walking - lots of interesting places to visit. The internet is not great here in the Forest but is always accessible by using the conservatory on the front of the main house which is always open. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.
