Bougainvillea is comfortable 160m2 villa flat. It is the entire high ground house floor with 4 double bedrooms, each with en-suit bathroom, living and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, larder, bbq place and 3 spacious, furnished terraces with stunning views. Not only the terraces, but also 3 out of 4 bedrooms have amazing view to the Adriatic sea with neighbouring islands and olive groves around the villa spreading on more than 2000m2. Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad.
