Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

It is located in down floor of family house and it has separate entry. Terace has breathtaking view on nerby villages and canyon of river Cetina. Our lovely stone house is located in the hamlet of Podaspilje, near the historic town of Omiš with beautiful beaches and the sea. You need 7 kilometers to descend to the city center of Omis and to the beach (10 minutes with a car). If you are looking for a quiet place that is not too far from the city,visit this small but village near the canyon of the Cetina River, get to know the beautiful mountains and trails offered by this area, either by walking, running or cycling.
