Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

Från lugnet i skogen till stränderna i Höllviken och Falsterbo på 25 minuter. Njut av lugnet i skogen men där allt finns inom en arms räckhåll.
