Welcome to our peaceful retreat in Konavle region near Dubrovnik! This spacious 4-bedroom house is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to relax. Located in a peaceful area, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while still being within easy reach of Dubrovnik airport (20 min of drive) and Old Town of Dubrovnik and all it has to offer. Within just 10 minues of reach there are plenty restaurants offering traditional food, wine tasting and activities like horse riding.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

The nearest beach is in Meljine, 12km away. Places of interest include the walled town of Herceg Novi (15km) and mountains (Orjen and Subra, both higher than 1500 m).

House 12 is carefully decorated, lovely and comfortable house, set only for guests. Every detail has been carefully chosen to give you and your family an incredible and relaxing vacation. The terrace is furnished with dining table & chairs, sun-loungers, outside fridge and electrical BBQ. The pool has own furnished and specious terrace, accessible from the main terrace. House is ideal for families with children because we have equipped the yard with small children's playground.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
