Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

Ai piedi di splendidi terrazzamenti a pochi minuti di auto dalla Basilica di Tirano e dalla stazione del Trenino rosso del Bernina, Cà Merlo Deluxe è una foresteria lombarda con servizio di pernottamento e colazione situata al primo piano di una grande abitazione di sasso. Ha un'entrata autonoma e un posto auto all’aperto riservato agli ospiti. Nella stessa casa, ma al piano terra, ci sono altri due appartamenti: Cà Merlo Rosso e Cà Merlo blu, ideale per un gruppo numeroso.

Diese Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen mit 2 Doppelzimmer und wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit IKEA sorgfältig eingerichtet und dekoriert. Ein perfekter Ort für Entspannung, Erholung, die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus steht mitten in Bergün, visavi vom alten Turm und nähe Volg in mitten vom historischen Dorfzentrum.

The bright 3½ room attic apartment consists in a big living/dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and a balcony directed towards south. There is a private parking place, a children’s playground and a shared ski & bike room on the ground floor. Children and animals are very welcome!

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Hier könnt ihr euch in absoluter Ruhe in der Bergwelt entspannen und richtig abschalten. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und eignet sich damit bestens für Familien. Wlan ist vorhanden und damit auch Homeoffice aus den Bergen möglich.
