J'ai déjà beaucoup séjourné dans de multiples gîtes. Mais celui d' Antonio bat tous les records au niveau rapport qualité-prix. De plus, je tiens à souligner particulièrement la qualité humaine d Antonio qui, pour moi, à beaucoup de valeur ! Ce propriétaire connaît le mot "respect de l'autre" et sait se montrer disponible quoiqu'il advienne, cela bien qu'il soit très pris par son travail. Un séjour chez Antonio laisse des marques indélébiles tant au niveau du séjour "vacances " qu'au niveau du contact humain. Je donne volontiers 10 étoiles pour tout.

Struttura a qualche chilometro di distanza dai punti di interesse, comoda se ci si muove con mezzi propri. Casa molto bella e spaziosa. La padrona di casa è molto premurosa e disponibile, ci ha fornito suggerimenti preziosi per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissima.

La casa è molto grande, pulita e completa di tutto, ogni camera è dotata di aria condizionata. La posizione è ottima con poco più di mezzora si raggiungono i Trabocchi, le gole di San Martino, Roccascalegna. A dieci minuti da lì si trova anche il sentiero che porta alla cascata di San Giovanni. il borgo di Guardiagrele è molto interessante da visitare. Domenica e Luciano sono stati dei padroni di casa premurosi e disponibili.

Appena tornati e speriamo di poter tornare... Alloggio in una buona posizione, ben pulito e ben fornito. Spazio esterno a dir poco stupendo, parcheggio interno al cortile che è tanta roba. I proprietari due persone stupende, con le quali fare due chiacchiere è un piacere, gentili e disponibilissimi. Siamo super soddisfatti.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem riesen eingezäunten Garten. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und eine einzigartige Lage mit der schönen Terrasse und dem Meerblick. Das Meer ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt dort schöne Strandbars und einen schönen freien Strand mit super Wasserqualität, Vorallem für Kinder da das Meer dort sehr flach ist. Valentina ist sehr nett und hat sich um alles nötige gekümmert, der Check-In und Check-Out lief problemlos! Wir würden das Haus an jede Familie weiterempfehlen!

Siamo stati ospiti una settimana in famiglia con amici e due bambine. La casa è grande e in una buona posizione. Pietro è sempre stato molto disponibile anche se non ci siamo mai incontrati. Tutto è andato bene, purtroppo non abbiamo sfruttato per niente il giardino perché c'erano troppe zanzare, davvero troppe. In casa tutto è a disposizione, ed è molto spaziosa quindi comoda. Intorno tante spiaggette carine. Lo consiglio per una vacanza in famiglia e amici.

La villa è stupenda, ristrutturata mantenendo l'identità originale ma con tutti i comfort necessari e anche più. Servizi in camera meglio di quelli di un hotel, inclusi gli spazzolini da denti. Le camere hanno triplo affaccio con una vista stupenda sul mare e dove si possono ammirare albe indimenticabili, stanze calde e arredate con cura. Cucina dotata di tantissimi elettrodomestici, spazio esterno molto ampio, parcheggio per auto, ottima selezione di vinili. Una menzione particolare a Nicola che ci ha accolto e illustrato la casa e i dintorni.

Great Villa very close to the beach and many restaurants! The Villa is spacious and clean, and there is a nice garden that is great to eat in or just sit and relax. Roberto and Francesco were great hosts. We’ll love to come back!

La Prediletta is a great place for a quiet vacation and great access to the beautiful mountains and national park. it is remote but not so much to be inconvenient. It was a large, beautiful farm home in the middle of an olive orchard (where he presses his own oil) and great for our family of eight. The outdoor living space was most enjoyable for dining al fresco, ping pong, and cooking our own pizzas in the wood fire oven. Antonio was as friendly and responsive as we could hope. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Siamo stati ospiti di Luisa per trascorrere il capodanno in compagnia di amici. Neanche il tempo di aprire il cancello che la casa dall’esterno ci aveva lasciato a bocca aperta. Non appena entrati ci ha rapito anche il cuore. Salone con vetrate immense, cucina professionale, camere con bagno privato curate nei minimi dettagli…atmosfera da film! Comfort e servizi di tutti i tipi inclusi e di alto livello. Pulizia impeccabile. Note negative? Nessuna. Grazie e sicuramente a presto!!

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Raffaele war stets erreichbar und hat uns nicht nur im Vorfeld viele gute Tips wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zukommen lassen, sondern sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt Spezialitäten der Gegend sowie kalte Getränke (Wasser, Wein) und Olivenöl vorbei gebracht. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung war persönlich und unkompliziert. Speziell zu erwähnen sind der tolle Strandplatz mit eigenem, sehr grossen, fest installiertem Schirm und 4 Liegen im Strandabschnitt gegenüber (2 Min. zu Fuß), sowie der Privatpool die beide nur zur eigenen Verwendung und kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt! Zur sehr sauberen Wohnung gehören ausserdem 4 Fahrräder mit welchen wir gerne fast jeden Abend die kurze Strecke (20 Min/6 km) nach Pescara gefahren sind. Dort hat man eine schöne Stadt mit Fußgängerzone und Geschäften sowie weitere Restaurants. Kurzum top und Danke an Raffaele!

la location è fantastica, una villa immersa nel verde delle campagne Pescaresi! è un posto da favola ideale per feste o per soggiornare con gruppi di amici o famiglie! Iryna è una persona fantastica, gentile e attenta mettere a proprio agio l'ospite! non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! grazie di tutto

Seconda volta qui. Si conferma un piacevole soggiorno in una casa molto ampia per più famiglie con bambini. Comodissima anche la posizione alle vie centrali. Claudio e Federica sempre molto disponibili.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

We had a great stay in Ripa Teatina. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing, the pool is great and our 2 families had a lovely time. Frederico went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair for us especially after requesting shortly before our stay. Location was perfect for us, with nice restaurants and beach in Francavilla and a lovely pizza place in the village (short drive away)

We had an excellent stay at the apartment! Everything we needed for our first days was well organized. Carlo even left a bottle of wine as a gift, which was a lovely touch. The pool was clean, the bedding fresh, and all the essentials for a great vacation were provided. You don’t need to worry about anything—Carlo is always available, very communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend staying here!

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

Wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben den Aufenthalt bei Paul und May sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort - exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen.

The place was perfect and we are very happy to highly recommend it. A beautiful setting overlooking fabulous mountain views - all amazing to enjoy from the excellent private pool. Rocco and his dad Enzo are genuine, friendly and super helpful - we could not have had a more perfect stay in beautiful Abruzzo. Thank you so much for everything!

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in Erwin zijn mooie en ruime woning. De woning was voor ons, tijdens de winterperiode, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erwin uzijn uitgebreide informatie over de regio en zijn zeer gastvrije ontvangst waren super. We hebben niet eerder zo'n uitgebreide informatie over de regio mogen ontvangen. Het uitzicht vanaf het huis is magnifiek. Je ziet besneeuwde bergtoppen en aan de andere kant de zee. Het huis is goed te verwarmen met cv én pelletkachel. De keuken is groot en van alles voorzien. Twee badkamers en grote slaapkamers. Vanuit het huis is de prachtige regio de Abruzzen goed te verkennen met de auto. We komen graag terug tijdens warmere dagen om ook de mooie buitenruimte te benutten.

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche zu viert mit Hund in der Villa Margherita verbracht und uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der große Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitzecken, der riesige Pool war einfach perfekt. Unser Hund liebte es, durch den Olivenhain zu laufen, toll war, das das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, angenehm war auch die flexible Check out-Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

A great place to stay, well located and walking distance to the town square and restaurants. Correspondence was great, including restaurant suggestions. The pool is excellent, photos don’t do it justice! The property was a lot bigger than expected. Only negative is that the first floor single beds aren’t singles they aren’t suitable for adults and the lift broke, which was a bit of an inconvenience for my father in law. However, the cots and bed bumpers provided for kids were good. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

L’abitazione in se è stata molto carina , le camere sono spaziose , pulite ed ognuna munita di un bagno , il salotto e la cucina sono molto accoglienti e la posizione delle casa rispetto anche al paese lì vicino è molto strategica . Il giardino è molto grande e grazioso dove si possono fare cene fuori e soprattutto un bagno nella piscina panoramica La location è adatta anche per più nuclei famigliari perché la struttura garantisce la propria privacy
