Welcome in this unique and amazing retreat. Its cozy private mini-garden surrounded by roses, century-old stone walls, antique terracotta tiles, rustic chestnut beams, and spectacular medieval room transports guests into the past! An open space with a comfortable double bed, small equipped kitchen, living room with table, sofa and TV. Access to the bathroom behind the kitchen. A second tavern/bedroom with a double sofa bed, separated from the open space by a thick curtain (not a door). Private garden for meals. Perfect for one couple or a family with children (not intimate for 2 couples !) If you are a wine lover and love old stones and history, this place is for you! Imagine having your own flat with its own medieval wine cellar directly accessible from inside the apartment. It is truly a magical place to enjoy a glass of wine. Like the rest of La Maisonette, this appartment has been completely renovated whilst maintaining all its original characteristics. The floor lighting illuminating the stone walls and its pavement made of antique terracotta of antique stone slabs create a unique atmosphere. For your well-being and comfort, we have chosen only natural materials during the renovation and you will be surrounded by century old stone walls, terracotta tiles and chestnut beams. This ground floor apartment is made up of a living room with a couch and rocking chair, satellite TV, wifi internet, furniture for your clothes and belongings and a dining table with four chairs. This living space also has a small kitchen with fridge, kettle, stove, oven and mini dishwasher! It offers views of the lake and garden of the villa thanks to two large luminous double glass windows. In the same room there is a comfortable double bed. If needed there is a sofa bed in the cellar where two people can sleep. The apartment has a bathroom equipped with a fully tiled walled shower, two sinks, toilet and bidet. Being on the ground floor you will also have a little private garden area overlooking the orchard of the villa with its stone fountain, table and chairs where you can relax. We have taken special attention to every detail to make your stay comfortable and special. (furniture, appliances, lighting, decoration…) The apartment has an independent access from the street as well as private and secure parking on the grounds of the villa La Maisonnette is a dependance of my villa where I live. It has an independent access from the street behind my villa if you come by walk, or a second access by my garden if you come by car (free private and secure parking). Laundry service available on request. I am at your disposal for any further information, questions, advice you may need to make your stay in Stresa and its surroundings truly enjoyable (excursions,places to visit,restaurants, transportations). La Maisonnette is located in a residential and dominant lake view position on the hills above Stresa and part of a hamlet called "Binda". The villa is 5 minutes by car from the A26 highway (Carpugnino exit) and 5 minutes from the Stresa train station which has direct trains to destinations such as Lausanne, Basel, Geneva, Milan city center. A pochi metri dalla casa troverete negozi bar ristoranti farmacia lavanderia supermercato, imbarco per le Isole, e tutto ciò renderà il vostro soggiorno a Stresa indimenticabile e vi farà sentire l'atmosfera di casa.

LA PINETA

L'appartamento PINETA si trova in centro di Stresa, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione e dal lungolago. Posizione tranquilla, con posteggio interno riservato, inoltre il supermercato si trova a 3 minuti. La posizione permette di muoversi liberamente a piedi; l'Imbarcadero dei battelli della Navigazione per le isole Borromeo è a soli 750 metri. Funivia per il Mottarone a 900 metri, dove si potrà discendere con la monorotaia Alpyland e raggiungere gli impianti sciistici. Golf Club a 3 km.

A 300m dalla Stazione ferroviaria e a 150m dal lungolago dove potrete ammirare i giardini e prendere i caratteristici motoscafi per raggiungere le meravigliose Isole Borromee. A soli 3 minuti a piedi potrete scoprire il Centro Storico di Stresa e assaporarne il fascino. L'appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort per potersi godere al meglio il soggiorno.

L'appartamento è completamente affacciato sul Lago Maggiore: dal balcone del soggiorno la vista spazia anche sulle Isole Borromee. E' situato a Someraro, un piccolo paese sopra a Stresa molto tranquillo e rilassante. Ha 5 posti letto. La VISTA su tutto il lago Maggiore è una delle più BELLE e complete che si possano trovare in zona. L'alloggio si trova al secondo piano di una casa di inizio novecento completamente ristrutturata. E' molto luminoso. Saremo felici di ospitarvi !

La Caramella

L'appartamento è situato sul lungolago, al centro del paese, con una stupenda vista dal balcone sul golfo Borromeo. Mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti gratuitamente delle biciclette (city bike e mountain bike, anche per ragazzi). Nell'appartamento i nostri amici animali sono considerati ospiti speciali e molto graditi. Di fronte alla casa vi sono pontili per l'attracco delle imbarcazioni e la spiaggia, dove a luglio per 10 giorni si svolge una grande festa per turisti.

This beautiful, newly built two family house with spectacular views of Lago Maggiore, Ronco, Italy, Ascona and Locarno will take your breath away. The spacious apartment (150 m2) has floor to ceiling windows in every room, an open plan custom designed kitchen, a large terrace overlooking the lake and two parking spaces. It also offers a lift and is fully wheelchair accessible. Ascona, lake access and shopping facilities are a short 10 min car ride away.

The apartment is located at ground floor, there's the possibility to go in the communal garden to spend some relaxing moments and also to eat outside. Living area with sofa bed, modern kitchen, bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom recently renovated. Located in the area of Carciano of Stresa, 50 meters from a restaurant-bar. 600 meters (10 minutes on foot) from Lido where the boats leave for the Islands and Villa Taranto.
