Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Get back in touch with nature at this luxury Shepherd’s Hut nestled in a quiet hamlet. Enjoy the large hut’s interior amid thoughtful industrial style decor and modern finishes and embrace outdoor living in your own large outdoor space, surrounded by breathtaking views of the countryside. Relax in the large fire fuelled hot tub, lounge on the deck in front of the fire pit or grab a bean bag and find a quiet spot in your own private paddock. This place offers luxurious comfort indoors and out.

The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

The Little Mill - self check in, 2 pubs walkable

The Little Mill is in the Courtyard of our house, The Old Mill House, where we live in the peaceful, pretty rural village of Pen Selwood. You will be staying in a newly created, very comfortable, spacious bedroom with a king size bed, large wall mounted smart-TV, and a modern en-suite shower room. There is a fridge and a selection of teas and freshly ground coffee and two cafetieres await you along with fresh milk, croissants, jam & butter. Two local pubs within walking distance (0.8 miles)

Lovely cottage sitting in 33 acres of beautiful countryside with stunning views! On the edge of a pretty village with a great pub. Many excellent walks and other villages pubs/restaurants close by incl. The Newt gardens (1.5 miles), Bruton and Castle Cary (3 miles), Stourhead (6miles) The accommodation is stylish and bright with all mod cons. It has a private garden overlooking open fields. Both bedrooms have their own shower rooms. Private gym available with prior permission.

The Terrace, Gasper House, Stourton

Spacious apartment situated on the back of a Georgian house at the end of a small hamlet, surrounded by thousands of acres of woodlands, with wonderful walks from your front door! Only 5 minutes from the famous Stourhead Gardens - perfect for a private wander around after hours. Ideal for a peaceful getaway, but also handy for visiting Longleat, Frome, Bath, Sherborne and Salisbury etc. Under 15 minutes from the A303, so a convenient stop-over if you are travelling to the West Country.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

A charming, one-bedroom, semi-detached cottage in a lovely peaceful setting with far-reaching views over beautiful countryside. Swallows End offers a relaxing hideaway for both business and holiday travellers. A short distance from both the A303 and Gillingham Station, which provide links to the West Country and London. The National Trust property, Stourhead is very close and for walkers, the Monarch's Way runs through the adjacent fields. Well situated for both Longleat and Bath.

Stonehenge, Gold Hill in Shaftesbury, Frome, Bath and Sherborne are all great trips out. Dogs welcome.
