Romantic Somerset hideaway

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Central village location, community shop directly opposite, two village pubs nearby. Electric vehicle charger available for guest use at additional cost.

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, The Studio at West Green is beautifully refurbished, with its own entrance, and in the picturesque Devon countryside. Ideal for an overnight stop, attending a wedding locally or close to Exeter Uni and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving great food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths. Enjoy the quiet in our light and airy newly refurbished space just outside this popular Exe Valley village. There are two friendly village pubs within a short walk, an excellent farm shop & cafe and post office. A 15-20minute drive from Exeter's city centre, Tiverton and Crediton and 45 minutes to Exmoor and Dartmoorand nearest beaches. Varied and picturesque walking routes are close by. We apologise, the property is not currently accepting pets. The property is a non- smoking space.

Lovely Four Person Cottage Near Exeter

Enjoying hanging out with friends or family in our lovely cottage. It has been carefully renovated to a high standard to provide all the home comforts you need. The cottage is set on one level & provides accommodation for up to four people in two bedrooms, 1 double & 1 twin. There is a large garden with BBQ & fire bowl, as well as being set in 15 acres which guests are free to explore. We also have an outdoor bathroom with 2 baths & a shower, a pizza oven to hire & games area.

Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

The Barn is the perfect place to unwind with drinks next to the stream or curl up on the sofa in front of the wood burner. Thorverton has two pubs, a quaint village store and a farm shop with cafe. If you are feeling more adventurous, The Barn is well located for days out to the coast, the moors and historic city of Exeter which is a 15 minute drive away.
