Water villa Minaro -Vinkeveense plassen

Vrijstaande villa direct aan het water, eigen parkeerplek voor de woning en rondom aanlegsteiger voor uw boot. Lekker zwemmen, suppen of genieten van rust alles is mogelijk en dat op slechts 10 minuten afstand van Amsterdam. De woning is van alle luxe voorzien keuken met vaatwasser, groot gasfornuis, oven/magnetron en Nespresso machine. Geschikt voor 2 volwassenen + max 2 kinderen tot 16 jaar. 3 of meer volwassenen is niet toegestaan. Heerlijk geniet samen met uw partner of met het gezin.

Geheel gerenoveerde vakantie villa met 3 slaapkamers, alles is nieuw. Het huis heeft een ruime, aan het water gelegen, omheinde tuin met trampoline, schommel. Terras met eettafel en lounge-set aan het water. Big Green Egg staat klaar op heerlijk op te grillen en bakken. Heerlijke plek om met vrienden, collega’s of familie te verblijven. Maarssen is gezellig dorpje met restaurantjes en cafés aan de Vecht, Utrecht en Amsterdam om de hoek. OV op loopafstand. Sloep te huur voor 250 per dag!

Beautiful Villa w/garden and pool near Amsterdam

Modern waterfront villa on dream location only 20 minutes outside Amsterdam! Villa Toscanini is beautifully designed and fully equipped for your comfort with own parking inside the property. The house is spacious, including a fully furnished terrace and BBQ. The villa has a big private garden with a trampoline, private swimming pool and is surrounded by swimming water. It is a fantastic place for families, friends or business people looking for space and tranquility a step away from Amsterdam.

Amazing House group location 25min from Amsterdam

Group location 7-16 pers, 7 persons is minimum to stay. You pay per person. Renovated authentic large country house 1907 in Amsterdam Lake district, Loosdrecht. Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Gorgeous villa on private lake

Villa with great views on private lake with wildlife. Direct access to historic river De Vecht. Stand alone property with 3,000 sqm, 20 min. from both Amsterdam as well as Utrecht. Close to historic villages of Breukelen ('Brooklyn..') and Loenen aan de Vecht. Unique surroundings with lots of water and many historic mansions. Biking, hiking, boating, and golf. Plenty of good or even excellent restaurants, and culture like musea, concert halls, and theaters in both Amsterdam and Utrecht.

Villa 5, (10 min from Amsterdam, aan zwemwater)

Vrijstaand, gezellig ingericht huis met binnen openhaard aan het (zwem) water. Optimaal buitenleven en gelegen 10 minuten van Amsterdam centrum. Voor deze locatie heb je wel een auto nodig gezien de ligging in de natuur. Het huis is van alle luxe voorzien. Fijn om met vrienden(innen), partner of gezin te verblijven. Ideaal voor weekend trip of weekje weg. Gratis parkeerplek voor het huis. Incl. twee supplanken om de omgeving te verkennen. Visite en feesten zijn in dit huis niet toegestaan.

Large Farmhouse in historic village

Beautiful renovated farmhouse, originally built in 1675, in the heart of the historical village Loenen aan de Vecht. The house is perfect for a (family) vacation in the Netherlands, with lots of space and a large garden. The village is very central, close to the cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht (20 mins by car), yet located in the green heart of the Netherlands near the lakes of Loosdrecht, perfect for watersports, cycling and walking in the green surroundings. Lovely restaurants in Loenen.

Situated on crystal clear water, you will find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. Explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you can sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you can flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Beautiful spacious villa located on the Vinkeveense Plassen, including a large garden around the house with various terraces and seating areas. There is a boat for rent on request. Several islands with sandy beaches and a restaurant within walking distance. Fast WiFi. The area is ideal for walking, cycling or sailing on the Vinkeveense Plassen. 15 min drive from Amsterdam and Schiphol and 25 min from Utrecht. Perfect for families or couples. Not for young people or groups of friends.
