The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Das Haus ist klein, schlicht, aber authentisch und liegt an einer ruhigen Straße. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die wunderschöne neogotische Kirche San Martino. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen, direkt vom Haus aus. Sehr gute Restaurants und Weinlokale in der Umgebung.

La casa è situata al centro del paese, in una via privata ed oltre ad avere diverse zone verdi ed un cortile molto grande nel quale potrete inoltre parcheggiare la vostra auto; gode di una vista mozzafiato visibile dalla maggior parte delle finestre. Potrete godere della vista dal nostro terrazzo panoramico dove potrete sedervi ed apprezzare in tutta tranquillità le nostre colline.
