Kleines, einfaches Türm-Häuschen von 1826 als Teil eines einstigen Weinguts von 1750. Großzügige Terrasse mit Blick über die sanften Hügel des ländlichen Monferrato mitten im Unesco-Weltkulturerbe-Gebiet. Das Haus ist klein, schlicht, aber authentisch und liegt an einer ruhigen Straße. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die wunderschöne neogotische Kirche San Martino. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen, direkt vom Haus aus. Sehr gute Restaurants und Weinlokale in der Umgebung.
