The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

It's an adorable home in historic Prospect Hill. Our house is steps from downtown, Switchyard Park, the B-Line, and Kirkwood. It has tons of light, lots of space to gather, brand new HVAC, and super fast WiFi! There is a private parking lot in the back of the house. The front has a small porch and the back has a brand new, large deck. A tree line provides privacy from Second Street in the back.

This guest suite with private entrance is in a quiet, older neighborhood near the IU campus. The booking includes a recently remodeled basement bedroom with en suite bathroom. It's locked off from the rest of the home in which the host family lives. The bedroom includes a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower.
