One of the best waterfront townhouses in the community with a great view of the marina. You can bring your boat or rent one just yards away! This beautiful townhome was just remodeled, perfect for the weekend, summer, or a family getaway. There are 3 spacious bedrooms plus a bonus room downstairs that can fit 2 people. There are two patios overlooking the Catawba river and a game room. And finally, you'll be able to make yourself comfortable in the private jacuzzi whenever you want.

Comfortable home with many updates and lots of privacy. Located between Bojangles Coliseum (within walking distance) and Plaza Midwood's great restaurants. Relax in the heated/cooled sunroom or outdoor patio. 4th bedroom is a large attached suite which can be used as a nursery/toddler room, an office or an area to relax.
