Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

The pool features a powerful counter-current swimming system, allowing you to swim endlessly without touching the wall. If both apartments (East and West) are rented, the entire house and pool are exclusive to your group (up to 12 people). Enjoy the beautiful sea view from the terrace around the pool.

A small studio apartment for 2+1 people in a family house with a separate entrance and garage. The pool and sun terrace are common spaces for all guests and family members. The beach, bakery, two supermarkets and 3 bars are 200 m below and also a bus station. In cafe bars, you can eat hamburgers and pizza while on the promenade by the sea, there are two restaurants in the direction towards Split or Omis.
