There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance, as well as a gas station, and there's even a large grocery store in the ground floor of the building! Safe travels and see you soon!👋

Die Wohnung weist einen sehr hohen Ausbaustandard aus und ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Sie wird an maximal zwei Erwachsene Personen ohne Kinder und Haustiere vermietet. Der grosse Balkon lädt zum Frühstück an der Morgensonne oder zum entspannten verweilen oder arbeiten ein, mit Blick in die landschaftliche Weite.

Near the house lies a quiet park through which the train station and the local town can be reached within 5 walking minutes. The harbor with access to the lake and different restaurants is also very close and only a few minutes away. There are so many things to do in the region - and Spiez is the ideal spot to start! Interlaken with all its activities is reachable by train in not more than 20 min.

NO PARTIES - NO SMOKING Little Villa is my personal holiday home and I would like to share it with you. Situated 15 minutes from Interlaken and Spiez, the little village of Krattigen is situated like an Eagle Nest, overviewing the entire lake of Thun. It's no coincidence Krattigen has three different camping spots for caravans. The view is nice. And within Krattigen, Little Villa a prime location.
