History is important to us so we updated the space while staying true the original character & feel.

Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. Built in the late 50's by the Electrical Inspector of Speedway, Charles T. Renie and wife Margie raised 9 children in this classic Speedway brick ranch. This home has remained in the family and much of the historic charm is still present. Recent updates include granite countertops, new appliances, flooring, and fresh paint. The home is located 1.5 miles from IMS and has easy access to the B&O walking trail leading to Main Street in downtown Speedway. (bikes included)
