The house sits within minutes of The Hoosier National Forest offering hiking / fishing and a peaceful atmosphere, 50 minutes from Holiday World, and 55 minutes from French Lick. Welcome to “Maria’s Haven”💕 A beautiful cozy home in the heart of a beautiful small town. This home belonged to my mother, Maria, who passed away in 2020 to breast cancer. This home was truly her “Haven”. Take a walk to the local diner, museum, Gosport playground, local shops, or to our delicious Amish bakery. We are also just a few miles from the popular “Hilltop” restaurant as well as McCormicks Creek State Park. Our mission is to make you feel like you never even left home. ☺️

Welcome to Little Cedar Lodge, our little slice of heaven near the town of Elizabeth, Indiana. Enjoy the peace and solitude overlooking the quiet private lake (wake speed only), yet close to Caesar’s Casino, golf, wineries, and the city of Louisville with all its activities and nightlife. Great for a romantic getaway for two, or for your entire family. It would also be great for a small church or business retreat. We can accommodate up to 10 if you double up in some beds.

Welcome to our historic three-story cabin, steeped in a 200-year legacy! Originating from a town that was submerged beneath Patoka Lake, this gem now resides in the heart of French Lick. Prepare for an adventure—a sanctuary perfect for an adult retreat or cherished family getaway. A mere 5-10 minute stroll to the exciting downtown scene. Inside, experience the enduring charm of timeless craftsmanship complemented by all of the necessary updates for a cozy, comfortable stay.

Caddy Corner has a hot tub just outside of town

Caddy Corner is a 1920s schoolhouse converted into a modern farmhouse. Enjoy a country feel while being just over a mile from everything that French Lick and West Baden have to offer. Escape to our hot tub after a day in town, and let your cares drift away. Relax on our American-made upholstered furniture, dine at our table made by a local artisan, and find slumber on our plush euro top mattresses. If you are into cooking, our kitchen is well stocked, just like home.

The Getaway House

Welcome to our Get Away House. Located on the edge of Loogootee, it is a very peaceful area and yet close to the local stores and restaurants. Relax with the family and spend the evening on the back patio. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this single level home is perfect for your night away. PLEASE READ! Due to a recent storm, the back fence was damaged and has been removed and we are waiting for the new fence to be installed.

Pop's Hideaway

This fully remodeled modern farmhouse style home is located overlooking the Ohio River in Magnet, IN. The seven acre property includes a barn, garage and a lake in the back yard with dock for fishing/relaxing and adjoins the Hoosier National Forest. Located on a high peak overlooking the beautiful scenic Ohio River valley below, the breath taking view is a must see! Also, located about 50 minutes from Holiday World.

Nashville Treasure

This mid-century modern one bedroom house is located just 15 minutes from historic Nashville. Beautifully decorated and adjacent to Yellowwood State Forest. This house has an open floor plan. The large kitchen is open to a large family room. You can lounge in comfort or sit on the back deck and watch the wildlife. Newly remodeled in 2019 it is a sight to see. You will be making plans for your next visit.
