A spacious apartment with huge terrace, flanked by tree tops and the heritage terrace houses on stylish Victoria Avenue. Each king bed bedroom has a small balcony offering glimpses of the bay. The 2nd bedroom can be a king bed or 2 singles. The city tram is just across the avenue and beach is two blocks away. Allocated parking is at rear of building. Note: Not available during Grand Prix, not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues due to climbing hazards and stairs.

This 100 year old workers cottage is all about bespoke interiors The walls and shelves filled with gorgeous art work, the home has specially sourced vintage pieces scattered everywhere, the beds are filled with luxurious linens and the lounge has a 3 seater couch you may never want to get up from. Centrally located, across the road from the South Melbourne Markets, walking distance to the Albert Park Lake and a quick tram trip to the CBD. Please note- no TV, so bring devices if needed.
