Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Discover rural bliss at our 2-bed country cottage, perfect for up to four people. With two living rooms and a dining room, it offers plenty of space for togetherness and solitude. The country cottage kitchen is well equipped. Have your morning coffee in the garden while you listen to the birds and the trickle of the stream, or enjoy a barbecue. Explore nearby trails on the Somerset levels or visit Lyme Regis, just ten minutes away. This is a sanctuary where time slows, and connections deepen.

The Old Cow Byre is a unique hideaway in a tranquil valley, less than 20 minutes from the Jurassic Coast's stunning beaches. Perfect for a romantic break. Lounge on the balcony floating over your own private wildflower meadow. Have dinner watching the sun sink behind the valley. Sit round the woodburner for cosy evenings in, or round the fire pit outside wrapped in blankets. Discover country pubs with beer out of the barrel. Take walks from the front door or along the South West Coast Path.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heate pool & sauna (located in the pool house), beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and a romantic outdoor bath

The SHED at Dorset Farm

Be COOL at The SHED. It is one of the few holiday homes in west Dorset with luxury hotel quality air conditioning. Have your best nights sleep , even during summer heatwaves. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to nature. The shed is about serenity, luxury,good design and escapism. In winter we keep you cosy with fires and underfloor heating. There is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Built to the highest eco-specification, The Sock Store features underfloor heating throughout, a wood stove for the winter months, wraparound decking outside, as well as all the amenities you may need away from home.

Secluded cottage with breathtaking 360° views across the Blackdown Hills AONB. Bright, airy and beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, utility room and spacious conservatory. Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

Two luxury barn conversions next door to each other which can sleep 12 people. The Wagon Barn has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and The Sawpit 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with working space and open plan living / kitchen / dining area, which opens onto a private patio area there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The properties include smart TV's, underfloor heating, top of the range appliances and free parking for up to 6 cars.

The Nest, thatched barn conversion near Lyme Regis

A modern cosy barn conversion in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the fringe of the Blackdown Hills and Jurassic coast ANOB. Close to the coast and in easy reach of Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe as well as being conveniently located for outdoor activities in the countryside. The Nest is Grade II listed and the property is believed to have been built over 500 years ago during the reign of Henry VIII.
