This studio apartment is in the center of old part of Kaštel Štafilić. Apartment has everything that you need for living. Everything is on your hand and near by-beach is 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, market, restaurant, caffe bar all in 50 meters reach. House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

This charming apartment is fully equipped and offers 1 bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed for two. Set on 2nd floor, this 45 m2 apartment will welcome everyone, from singles, couples, friends or families with children. The neighbourhood is safe, with supermarkets, bars, bus stops and a shopping centre nearby.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
