1845 School House in the Heart of Pultneyville

Fully renovated in the spring of 2021. According to the Pultneyville Historical Society, the first school, a small crude building, was built on this site in 1808. It burned in 1816 and was replaced by a larger schoolhouse. The cobblestone building was built in 1845 and served as a school until 1943 when the Williamson School District centralized. It is now a private residence. Notice the cobbles set at an angle. A metal bar circles the building as reinforcement — a modern addition.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is a gorgeous house set on 3 acres in Pittsford with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and easily accessible to highways. This house can sleep up to 10 people. It would make an ideal house for a family gathering or could simply be a great retreat for a couple.
