Authentic but modern Houseboat in one of the oldest parts of Amsterdam. This city center neighbourhood is a 'hidden' and quiet top spot with all the action around the corner! My houseboat is provided with all the luxury you might expect from a regular house with the extra benefits of a terrace with all day sun and airco in the bedroom. In summer we swim in the canal. The boat fits 2 adults and a child. Just 5 minutes walk from central station. No smoking inside and on the rooftop. No parties

Knusse woonboot met parking in centrum Amsterdam

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 als "Haagsche Aak" is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming en gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Comfortabel en rustig appartement 90m2 met beschutte stadstuin op de begane grond in de gezellige buurt 'Oud-West'. De buurt beschikt over een grote variëteit aan restaurants, cafés en winkels. Musea (o.a. Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh), bioscoop, galeries, Foodhallen en conceptstores op loop of fietsafstand. Het Vondelpark en openbaar vervoer zijn op 2-4 minuten loopafstand. Tram gaat om de hoek naar het Leidseplein (5 minuten) of NS/Metrostation van waar Schiphol in circa 10 minuten bereikbaar is.

Spacious and comfortable cottage near Amsterdam

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!
