Här bor du längs en stillsam liten grusväg, mitt bland böljande sädesfält och med lärkor som sjunger högt över himlen. Vi finns på idylliska Söderslätt, bara ett stenkast från havet. I närheten väntar milslånga vita sandstränder, mysiga fiskelägen och några av Skånes mest välkända golfbanor. En perfekt plats för dig som söker lugn, lantlig charm och närhet till natur och kustliv. The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. I vil nyde at bo centralt i denne et-værelses lejlighed lige ved vandet og havnen, indre by, indkøb, bus og metro, caféer, spisesteder og meget andet. Lejligheden har lige hvad man har brug for, for et ophold i København. Der er nem tilgang til seværdigheder, vand, Amager fælled og shopping. Der er få meter ned til en badetur i havnen og få meter til et bustoppested. Det er nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen fra lufthavnen til lejligheden. Og kun ca tyve min gå gang til centrum af København.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.
