Apartment offers accomodation for two people, with private bathrom and kitchen with all neessary kitchen utensils. It is located only 10 minutes walking distance from the city center where are all historical attractions. Same as souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. And 15-20 min walking from beahes.

Villa Natali is a newly built holiday home in a nice, quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool.
