Sunnyside Cottage in Silverdale
Sunnyside Cottage, in the Silverdale AONB, is the perfect location for walkers, cyclists, golfers and birdwatchers. Just 300 yards from the coast and close to the Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve, Golf Club and leisure centre with swimming pool/gym nearby and close to pubs and shops. It is fully refurbished, with gas central heating, Wi-Fi, large screen smart TV, pleasant courtyard and off-road parking. One well behaved dog welcome. Our preferred check-in day is Saturday, although this is flexible.

It is adjacent to Silverdale golf club, Leighton Moss RSPB Nature Reserve and is across the road from the local railway station This property has 3 well-equipped bedrooms: master bedroom with en-suite shower, double bedroom and a sinlge bedroom, all of which have HD TVs. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and a downstairs WC.

The Boathouse is on the shore overlooking the bay & offers a self-contained apartment on 2 floors. Ideal retreat for 2 adults in an AONB with lots of local walks, cycle routes, bird watching or chilling by the coast. Room for car. Silverdale is close to Kendal & south Lakes if you wanted to explore further. There is one king-size bedroom with ensuite wet room + towels, upstairs spacious lounge/dining/kitchenette area with stunning views over the bay. 3 night minimum stay, LGBTQ+ friendly.

The Post Box - Cosy tiny house
A lovely little accommodation, comfortable and cosy with a country cottage garden and a beautiful view of the fell beyond. It's located in the village of Allithwaite, just 1.5 miles from the picturesque Cartmel, famous for its races and wonderful pubs, and restaurants. There is a driveway for easy parking. The rear garden, shared with the main house, has comfortable furniture. The single owner has the main house, though she is often away. Local amenities include a corner shop and a pub.

Situated adjacent to Gait Barrow Nature Reserve, Hawes water and Arnside Knot. RSPB Leighton Moss and Silverdale railway station are within walking distance. The nearby coastal villages of Silverdale and Arnside, offer shops, restaurants and pubs. Please note we do not provide towels.

Built in 1827, this architectural gem, is nestled within 12 acres of private grounds featuring diverse woodland, gardens and an ornamental lake and bridge, just a few minutes drive from Windermere's shore, Cartmel’s world renown restaurants and the southern lakeland fells. The holiday let is situated in the west wing of the house with it’s own private garden, driveway, parking and entrance.
