Friendly host, quick responses, cute little place in an excellent part of the city. A pleasant short walk to the White House and every other place you’d like to see in the day, and close to a lot of vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and bars for the evening. Great for a single person, couples, or a parent traveling with their child. Easy access for ridesharing. Felt safe with a lot of students and young professionals walking around.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were in town for 2 days for the Yankees game and we had everything we needed here. Space was clean and so homey inside. Found parking everyday with no problem and were able to walk around the neighborhood for some adventuring. PLS GO TO HARBOR TANDOOR IF YOU LIKE INDIAN FOOD! Would recommend this spot to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Most of the time I travel with just my family but sometimes we get to travel with our labor team also. Angel and Ryan offer great accommodations for all of us. Safe relaxing, spacious and great water pressure!!! We needed extra blanket because it was colder for April the night we were there and Ryan went out of his way to make it work for us. Our team was a mix of needs and they had something for all of us. They care for their house a little extra because it has a few live thriving plants what a great way to provide the true home feeling we so appreciate after hard work and long travels. The neighbor is great ! To accommodate all my teams needs I slept on the daybed and it was actually comfortable. All slept well. Thank you much Definitely worth the short drive out of DC.

Quaint place off with access to the eclectic shops in Occoquan. The beds were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a visit to the DC area.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

The Payne house was excellent space for our family of 5. The house was nicely appointed and decorated well, very clean. It was also close to old town and a lot of restaurants, which was nice. However, it was extremely loud at all hours. There is a fire station right behind the house, and we could hear sirens and horns throughout the night. The proximity to Reagan also created aircraft noise directly overhead, which also made for a loud environment. This was tough with small children, but if you are used to noise, this is the place to stay!
