IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

La proprietà è arredata e rifinita in tutto ed offre ambienti spaziosi e versatili ognuno con vista lago, con un ampio terrazzo dal quale è possibile gustarsi una cena indimenticabile circondati dalle meraviglie del lago e e delle montagne a 360°. Lo stile elegante dell’appartamento è stato curato nei minimi particolari.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz Nr. BH2 in der Tiefgarage für einen PW von max 1800 kg Gesamtgewicht (im Preis inkl.).

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Mit dem Gratis-Sportbus ist man in 5 Minuten bei den Bergbahnen. Durch die Zugehörigkeit zum Hotel Schweizerhof kann das Familienbad, der Whirlpool und das Dampfbad kostenlos benutzt werden. Für die perfekt Erholung nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag ist somit gesorgt.
