A light and cosy studio in a peaceful small apartment building located centrally in Maloja village featuring all the delights of the Swiss Alps. St. Moritz's ski areas are 10 minutes drive , the local ski lift is walking distance, cross country tracks are on the doorstep and Maloja Lake is just across the fields. Summer hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Renovated this year to a very high standard with a new kitchen and modern furnishing, the apartment offers all comforts.

Centrally located in St. Moritz-Bad but quiet. Fully equipped, sunny 100m2 apartment with views in a modern, less then 10 years old building. 5 minutes walking or driving distance from everything: skiing, cross-country, hiking, shopping, lake, forests, train station (Glacier Express). Bus stop in front of the house. Indoor parking, fast internet access, TV and private whirlpool included. Enjoy my home, if I can't stay in St. Moritz and experience the broadness of the Upper Engadin valley.
