Walkers Rest at The Hayloft - The Brecon Beacons

Nestled in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, this recent addition to an (ex) 1800s pub is a cosy yet spacious self catering space. Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

Amazing Views, Hilltop Sauna, Lake, Peace & Quiet

When you book Tudor Cottage, you get: hilltop sauna with woodburner and glass wall with fantastic views, parking onsite, lake with Kayaks, rowing boat and log cabin. Fantastic walks right from the doorstep and several recommendations for walks and activities a short drive away. A chiminea in the garden with free logs. Situated in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens”, a charming and unusual bolt hole for a couple. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The surroundings are wonderful, we even have our lake for fishing, swimming or perhaps kayaking. With spectacular views from all four levels, this open-plan former dry dock sits at the very water’s edge. Ty Wilber is a stone outhouse with cosy living room, with sofa bed, electric woodburner and kitchen. Double bed in loft room and compact shower room. Beautiful views of the valley and hills from a private terrace accessed from the bedroom. Use of secure private garden. Private parking, an EV charger and use of kayaks for the Brecon canal. The walk to Crickhowell is 20 minutes. Perfect base to explore local area or for walking holiday in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park.

Stunning modern architect designed lake-side property. That looks out across ''The Great Pool''. The Ski Club was built during 2023 and designed to blend into it's surrounding woodland. Set beside this ornamental lake in the grounds of a historic manor house and parkland, drive in through the gates you'll appreciate it's unique setting. Sorry, no pets. Children and infants welcome. Please provide own infant equipment. Please note, this property is lakeside.
