"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

To the East we have the coastal town of Seaham Harbour, to the West we have Beamish Museum, County Durham and Northumberland

Lovely location, we are opposite Skyhigh sky diving centre shotton colliery We are 8 miles from Durham 2 miles from A19 6 miles from A1 6 miles from Crimdom coastal holiday park 17 miles from stadium of light We live in a quiet street of 1 house and 2 bungalows The view from the loft is over looking the sky diving centre There is plenty of room on our drive to park visitors cars and we also have security cameras Checkout is 12 midday

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. A fantastic location close to Durham, Integra 61 and the A1. The house is located on very quiet cul-de-sac with local shops and amenities close by. The house is finished to a high standard with everything you will need for your stay. Enjoy beautiful countryside walks in the local area, or use it as a base to visit one of the many tourist attractions in the north east.

Dunelm Studio, Durham City

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.
