Beautifully restored 1850 farmhouse in the Shelby countryside. 30 minutes to Tryon. An hour to Charlotte/Asheville. Nearby are vineyards and GWU. 7 1/2 acres of serene beauty - sit by the pond and fish or hike the cleared trails down to the flowing creek. End the night sitting by the firepit. Sleeps 4-6 people. 1600 sq ft house with 2 BR, 2 Baths, den, and a beautiful open concept living dining and kitchen. Queen air mattress for den. NOTE: 6/25 upgraded to Starlink. Wi-Fi is no longer an issue.

Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. Guests can get 10% off their order at GoodWood Pizzeria, a stone's throw from the Tuckamore. Just show them your booking on your Airbnb app.

This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree.
