Sleeps 4-6 people. 1600 sq ft house with 2 BR, 2 Baths, den, and a beautiful open concept living dining and kitchen. Queen air mattress for den. NOTE: 6/25 upgraded to Starlink. Recently remodeled brick ranch with everything on one level. Pet friendly with a large fenced-in backyard. The house is centrally located in Forest City, where hiking and many outdoor activities are accessible. There's a city park across the treeline in front of the house which has tons of space, places to walk your dog, run the track, play/watch baseball, frisbee or take kids to the playground. There's enough to do if seclusion is your goal or plenty of things to venture out and experience.

Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.
