In 2023 my son Guglielmo and I decided to restore the old oratory of a church from the 1600s by creating a two floor apartment: upstairs we have 2 bedrooms equipped with AC and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower; downstairs a spacious living room with stereo Available a table outside with great view and a nice garden 50 mt away where to have a private wine tasting for all the guests of our 4 apartments We can organize barbecue with paired wines after 7 pm. Large free parking area 100 mt away

Heaven's Window takes your breath away. As our only guests, you will be surrounded by infinite views, endless tranquility, sounds of singing birds and calling deer. Down the valley and on your walks you may spot foxes ferrets and wild boar. Collect porcupine quills. Breathe! Halfway between Rome and Florence. Close to Siena, Val d’Orcia and countless hot springs . A private paradise surrounded by divine dining and hilltop jewels of antiquity like Montepulciano and Montalcino of sublime wines.

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Apartment and panoramic garden in Civita

We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

La Loggetta di San Giovenale

La casa è nella piazza più antica di Orvieto, San Giovenale con la stupenda chiesa romanica del XI secolo. Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Arredata con mobili su misura realizzati da mastri falegnami orvietani, i soffitti in legno al primo piano ed il cotto fatto a mano del pavimento ne fanno un alloggio pieno di fascino in cui trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno ad Orvieto. La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Rural house, located among Umbria, Tuscany and Latium, in a very interesting area. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but really close to the village and only few km from historical towns, thermal baths, typical villages (Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo, Bomarzo, Pitigliano, Perugia...). From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio. Simona’s house in the woods - Villa Boutique

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.

Casa teatro è un elegante appartamento situato all'interno di un prestigioso palazzo nel cuore del centro storico di Orvieto a pochi passi da Piazza del Popolo e dai piu importati siti turistici della città. L'appartamento è arredato con stile, è luminoso, caratterizzato da soffitti e pareti con affreschi attribuiti al famoso pittore ottocentesco Andrea Galeotti.
