A calm and thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom apartment with a private enclosed patio — your own quiet outdoor retreat. Start your morning with coffee outside or unwind there in the evening after a day out. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable and easy stay. Located just a short drive from Ljubljana and close to the highway, it’s a perfect base for exploring the area — from the city to nearby nature and day trips around Slovenia. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.

Home-in apartma

Flat is in a private house with separate entrance, furnished with love, everything is new. There is a leather sofa in living room that turns into a real bed. Flat has two smart TV (Netflix, international programs). The shop and the bus stop is right next door. We offer you a bus card so that you can take the bus to the the city center. Location is really good for exploring Slovenia. The ceiling height is 2.10 m, but it is bright, fresh and has special air ventilators for clean air all times.

Bottom app 15 min from airport, 15 min city center

This is one of three apartments in the house. Bottom renovated apartment of 70 m2 is for up to 7 guests. Dining table is for 6 people, living room is rather small, but bedrooms are really comfortable. 5 people sleep in real beds, 2 on sofa in living room. 3 people can be in the bathroom/toilet at the same time and they won't bother each other. Bonus is place on the backyard with small cofee table and chairs - for smokers (smoking inside - no way!). Seperate entrance from parking, garden view.

My apartment is situated in a green and quiet residential area of Ljubljana 7 km from city center and 500m from main ring road - ideal for exploring Slovenia by car. It offers a very relaxing holiday staying suitable for 3 - 5 adults or family with children. Its own entrance from the garden enables privacy, but with complete support of the host when needed. This floor apartment of 52 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 with views of the garden, meadow and trees is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Just 8 km out of Ljubljana city center where city meats nature we placed four beautiful high class houses on a riverbank of Sava. All are completely made out of wood - environmentaly friendly and offer very positive feeling for guests. They are fully equiped, so visitors just need to bring food/drinks and slippers to start enjoying nature. On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!

Nestled on the outskirts of Ljubljana this 140 m2, tranquil haven is more than just a stay—it’s an experience. Once my beloved family home, now a retreat, a seamless blend of timeless heritage and modern comfort.
