Escape to a Sunny Apartment in a Quiet D.C. Suburb

Living Room amenities include a Smart TV and an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Fully equipped kitchen and cooking essentials. Lovely patio with seating area and herb garden. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea provided. You have your own private entrance and patio area on an entire different side of the house so your experience can be as private as you like. The entire apartment which includes: washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and patio area. Your host will be available for anything you need during your stay. My daughter/co-host, Bernadette, a young D.C. professional, can also answer any questions about the D.C. area, restaurants and other cool places to go. The apartment is in a quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to the Washington area. It's a short walk to the FDA. Downtown Silver Spring is nearby, with its many restaurants, bars, Fillmore music venue, Ellsworth Dog Park, and a movie theater. The National Archives, University of Maryland College Park and UMUC are just few miles away. A Ride-On bus stop is located on the same block as the apartment. A Metro bus stop is 5 minute walk. Silver Spring Metro Station is about 4 miles away. There are a few parking garages at the Silver Spring Metro Station if you choose to drive there and then hop on the metro. Free parking on weekends and holidays at all Montgomery County Parking garages (some lots and street parking may require payment on Saturday). You could also Uber/Lyft to the metro station or all the way into the city (great option esp if you're splitting fare).

Huge Pool w/multiple cabanas, HOT TUB, trampoline, playground, axe throwing, pool/ice hockey table, arcade,huge theater room and outdoor projector too, basketball court, grill, spa/library with sauna and full gym!! 5 comfy beds. Rooms split for privacy. Open kitchen/dining/living room. Cold DeerPark water fountain. Basement apt so there is some movement noise. Updated bath and an outdoor shower. 20 mins from Downtown DC & 6Flags.

Pet friendly! Minimal checkout instructions! With off-street parking & a deck, this little place is a great Del Ray stay! One room (door to entire home locked), large bathroom, basic kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, disposable supplies, & coffee station), & walk-in closet. An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants, dog parks & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence.

Comfortable Studio Apartment

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Located in a safe neighborhood in Largo, MD, Woodmore Town Center is less than 5 minutes away for your grocery and shopping needs. Washington DC and Silver Spring is around 20 minutes away and Largo Town Metro Station is 7 minutes away, which connects all lines into DC and neighboring states. Just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the Capitol and National Mall. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Privacy abounds at this waterfront one bedroom guest house with breathtaking water views throughout. The Crab House is located in the boating community of Stoney Creek. It is 20 minutes from BWI airport, 30 minutes north of Annapolis, 20 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and an hour from DC. It has independent street access, located in a quiet neighborhood in DC with easy access to Downtown DC or Silver spring in MD.
