Make your home in our home, just steps from the University of Maryland. Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

Located in Historic Hyattsville, the apartment was a recent addition to our historic craftsman bungalow. Within minutes from University of MD, Catholic University and the Washington DC border, the apartment is quiet, cozy and very sunny with a private entrance as well as French doors leading out to a private patio.
