Cosy studio apartment

Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

Welcome to Shepherd's Rest. A self contained cosy apartment. The apartment is located on our working farm with views of Lough Corrib and Shannaghree Lakes, as well as breathtaking views of Connemara Mountains. You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. Cladach is a self contained apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area and balcony. It is attached to the owner's residence so we are there if you need us.

This self catering glamping site is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. We have 3 individually themed huts on site but they are spaced out enough to ensure privacy. The glamping site is based on a small farm with alpacas, chickens, pygmy goats and sheep.
