Rubislaw B&B Double, Cheviot View airy attic suite

The picturesque village of Town Yetholm is an ideal base to explore the Borders: 200m from St Cuthberts Way; 1km from the Pennine Way; 24 miles from Lindesfarne. Rubislaw rooms have coffee & tea facilities, hair dryer, TV, wifi, gardens, deck & outdoor seating. Rooms have double beds, but an additional single bed or cot can be added on request. If you require 2 rooms our Garden View room may be available. We provide a generous continental breakfast, but we do not have self catering facilities.

The Courtyard Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

This fully refurbished stylish place is close to must-see destinations. 5min journey to City Centre. Located at West Edinburgh, it's very close to the Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium and the Edinburgh Airport. The tram is only 8min walk. It comes every 7min and can take you to City Centre, to Leith area and to the Airport. The room has king size bed and is ideal for couples and professionals. The house can offer breakfast, coffee and tea. Free parking on street. No pets please. No smoking in house.

Beautiful walks, private stay, self check-in

The Mill, formerly the sawmill for Borthwick Hall, is a charming property built in the 1800s. The conversion of the building was completed in 2003 and is now a wonderful family home. My husband, Steve, and I moved up to Scotland from London in December 2017 and absolutely love it up here. With lovely people and beautiful open spaces, it’s the perfect place for us to relax and raise our kids. We love having friends and family visit and look forward to offering our space to guests as well.

Stunning Georgian house easy access to Edinburgh

A light, airy and relaxing Georgian country home in a beautiful riverside setting , just twenty miles from Edinburgh city centre. Access the delightful walks and great cycling routes by just stepping out of the door . Stabling and paddocks are available on request. Beauty treatments, and pilates can be arranged . Stow station is five minutes drive away with regular trains to Edinburgh. A wonderful place from which to explore the capital or discover the stunning borders countryside.

Star Inn, Nr. Rothbury, Harbottle, Northumberland

Our three en-suite guest bedrooms are finished to a high standard. They are suitable for up to two guests and can be configured with either twin beds or a King sized double bed. Each room has its own enclosed patio garden. The pub has been recently refurbished, serves excellent food and has a wide range of drinks. Harbottle is a pretty stone village in the Northumberland National Park near Rothbury. It’s a good base for cycling, walking, exploring Northumberland or simply relaxing.

Situated in a stunning location 6 miles west of Peebles, Tor Hill House is an ideal base for exploring both the beautiful Scottish Borders and Edinburgh which is only 25 miles to the North. This listing is for a double room (with a king size bed) and a twin room with spacious bathroom in an area separated by a door from the rest of the house. If only one room is booked, rest assured that we won't let out the second bedroom so you will have the space to yourselves

A cosy cottage bedroom at Larriston Farm - a mid 19th century farm steading around a cobbled courtyard. We're 20 minutes' drive from Kielder and the observatory, and Newcastleton, in a very rural setting amongst fields, woods, hills and rivers. Dogs welcome. We offer a continental breakfast, and you're welcome to use the kitchen to cook a light evening meal. We have two double rooms - check our other listing too if there's more than two of you.
