Het Huisje: bank, eettafel met 2 stoelen. Keuken met toebehoren. Badkamer: toilet,douche wastafel. 2 pers bed 160x210. Klimaatcontrol, smart TV, Wifi. Zelfvoorzienend dmv zonnepanelen. Terras: 2 lounge stoelen en een bistroset. Carpoort voor parkeren auto en fietsen. Wandel/fietsroutes en diverse horeca.

This beautiful studio is located above the garage with a private entrance under the carport. The studio has a fairytale view of the mill and the fields behind the house. You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

Dit huisje bevind zich aan de achterkant van een boerderij, midden in een natuur-en vogelgebied in Noord-Holland op 30 min afstand van Amsterdam. Via de hal met WC kom je het appartement binnen. Aangrenzend aan de hoofdslaapkamer zit de badkamer. Via de laatste deur kom je in de ruime woonkamer met keuken. In de woonkamer zit de trap naar de tweede etage waar de "kinder" slaapkamer is met een stahoogte van 180 cm.

On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
